After years of practicing yoga and discovering the transformative power it had on her life, our founder, Sarah, decided to share her passion with others by opening Flow Yoga Studio. With a strong belief that yoga is for everybody, she created a welcoming space where individuals could connect with their bodies and minds, and find inner peace through the practice of yoga.
